AB 2193 Passes Unanimously through the California Senate

More great news from the State Capitol! Yesterday, Sustainable Conservation-sponsored AB 2193 successfully passed out of the Assembly, with 77 votes in favor and 0 opposed! The legislation would empower landowners, government agencies and conservation organizations to undertake small-scale, voluntary habitat restoration projects across California through a simplified, cost-saving and efficient permitting process.
